Thanks for taking the time to check out my blog. I’m a physician who is about to make a major career and life shift. After many years of training and comparatively few years of work, I’m quitting. So join me as I explore life after medicine!

I hope to inspire others to take stock of what is important in their lives. To pause careers and focus on passions, fulfillment and deeper purposes. As a psychiatrist, mom, nerd and collector of hobbies, you can expect a pretty big variety in topics including:

• Homemade themed Halloween costumes for my whole crew
